Here are the specific instructions:
Note: this setup works well if you have a Seesmic Web account - so make sure you sign in with one rather than using the "Sign in with Twitter".

* Download and install Prism from http://prism.mozilla.com/
* Create a new Prism Application with the URL set specifically as http://seesmic.com/app/ (not www).
* Name your application
* Configure your application - for example - you may want to choose to have Seesmic Web display in the notification area (system tray), or create shortcuts
* For the icon: Download the "Green Raccoon" icon here and use this as your icon
* Press Create and choose to launch the application now

The first time you use the app you will need to log in via the Seesmic website.
Once you have done this, the Prism App will remember your credentials and you need to sign in again.

There you have it. Have fun using Seesmic Web as an application.
